FYG Planners is dedicated to providing the best possible support services to its advisers.
FYG currently support a variety of financial planning practices from large multi staffed firms to small cottage style practices. Therefore FYG will continue to provide tailored service support to each adviser office based on their own current and continuing requirements.
In terms of the FYG compliance procedures they are designed “by planners for planners”, and are robust but user friendly. They have been independently assessed by ASIC, the FPA and other industry compliance experts; in each instance they have been considered of the highest standard.
FYG's dedicated compliance manager is available each and every day to assist advisers with compliance related advice. Our compliance manager also has access to senior management on a daily basis and as a result, assistance in the area of compliance is usually swift, well researched and provides practical solutions for planners within the FYG group.
FYG have a dedicated service team that assist with fee payment enquiries. Payments are reconciled on a regular basis and FYG maintain strong relationships with a number of Australia's leading product providers.
In terms of software support, FYG have trained staff that can assist with Xplan enquiries as well as those relating to normal day to day computer operation.
